Engineering /Diploma student from all over India register their team and compete with flipside team in the variegated round of the event. IKR is a races formulated to enhance the tideway of students practicing Engineering and Diploma courses. This competition held with a permit of FMSCI (Under Ministry of Sports) by the highly professional organizing committee and marshal, scrutineer from variegated reputed Motorsport organizations and automobile industries. Objective: IKR is a diamond and manufacturing of Go-kart event under ISIEDiamondRestriction and FMSCI/CIK/FIA so as to compete with other teams all over the country from variegated organizations. Our objective to promote Motorsports as a profession in India, Passion, Creativity, Innovation and practical tideway based technical skill in engineering/diploma students. Scope: Indian companies are moreover producing go-karts in small scale. Kart racing is often wonted as the most economical form of motorsport. Go-karts emerged in India in 2003 from MRF. There is zaftig value of telescopic to step forward in the motorsport field. IKR 2016 moreover gave 18 students recruitment at event site only. Pre-Virtual Round Venue SOUTH ZONE: Venue: SRKR Engineering College, Bhimavaram, A.P Dates: 24th and 25th Feb 2018 NORTH ZONE: Venue: Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences, Indore, M.P Dates: 10th and 11th March 2018 Pre-Virtual Round: In a pre-virtual round, students have to shepherd two days’ skill minutiae program (SDP) on go-kart designing and manufacturing. In this SDP Industrial expert will teach to the participants how to diamond and develop go-kart using various CAD and CAE software. This year in the Pre-virtual round moreover include pursuit sessions on: Team Management Project Planning & Management. Part procurements manufacturing Sponsorship Final Event Planning Start-up & B-Plan Preparation Sketching worriedness for diamond approach. Certificate of participation will be provided by ISIE-INDIA to every participant of the skill minutiae Program. There will be 100 Point Written/Online test that will directly count in your final round scoring. The test will consist of 50 question, all question will be from the only rulebook. Online Virtual Round: – In this round teams are required to record a video of them giving the presentation of15 minutes illustrating their vehicle diamond and other vehicle specifications(including all the departments) . -The Number of slides must be of 15 for presentation (Excluding the Thank you Slide). -Make sure the recorded video must be in 720p(1280*720) resolution or above. -If the camera is not stationary (tripod; recommended), the camera operator must maintain a still position. – Maximum 5 (Five) members are unliable to participate in the virtual round from every team.Only 5 members will be unliable in the video. -All the team members must be in formals. – Teams moreover have to submit a soft reprinting of all the reports includingDiamondreport, CAD report, CAD files, DFMEA, DVP, and Gantt chart.
